Any plans to add Nest Protect to Google Home app?

It seems like Google is trying to migrate users from using the Nest app to using the Home app in the future.

Are there any plans to include Nest Protect in the Google Home device list?  Even if we cannot initially use the Home app to set them up, it would be nice to be able to at least see all of my Nest devices in one place, and being able to use them as the source of automation routines would be even better.

Yes they said in a recent blog post they plan on moving it over next year.

Hi, Can anyone reference the blog post noting the migration to google home. I love my Nest products and my neighbor wants me to install the nest protects in her house, but I'm a little reluctant with the current split between some things on Nest and some on Home.  I too have a mix of old cams and newer doorbell and battery cam... It's a mess and I would hate to set it all up in Nest then find google launches a new version thats not nest compatible.
