Hi guys,
We've got a new WiFi router so obviously new settings. The Protect lost connectivity & its constantly beeping.
I've tried to reconnect to update the new wifi settings but I continuously get the PO23 error code.
I have tried on MANY occasions to hold the button to get the blue light to perform a reset but it does nothing - except sound a practice alarm thing for a few seconds. It doesn't matter if I hold it for 10 seconds or a minute.
I've removed the batteries in an attempt to kill it but as soon as i replace them... it starts the beeping again
I'm at a loss
How do I get the blue light or countdown or anything from it?!?!
I have deleted the Nest protect from the app to restart the whole process but it makes no difference
How can I reset the alarm please??? Its very expensive and with many cheaper WiFi ones available on the market, I will definitely not be replacing with another Google Nest Protect

Have you tried removing the batteries and leave them removed for a good 3-4 hours before reinserting them?
