Can't sign in to on Nest App or Website thus can't migrate

Thanks for posting in the Google Nest Community. I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues signing in to your account. While we don’t support retrieving your password, we've got your back and can guide you.

• If you have a non-migrated Nest account, follow this guide to change or reset your Nest account password.
• On the other hand, if you have a migrated Google account, our friends at the Google Account Help Community are the perfect folks to help you with it.

Please note that I have done all of the above, can't sign in on the Nest App due to Communication Error, tried using Google which says the accohnt is tied to Nest and to change password, it says Opps  an error occured-try again later.
