Okay, brand new nest protect. Can’t connect it to my WiFi. I get through searching for network, testing network, connecting to network, and it hangs up there. I’ve reset my router, uninstalled and reinstalled the nest app on my iPhone 11pro, reset the protect to factory settings, and tried to do it via my iPad Pro, and keep getting error P018(065). I also can’t find a detailed list of error codes. Like, why give me a code more detailed than 018 if I can’t actually find out why to do about it? Grrrr. Ready to throw this thing across the room after 2 hours of failure to connect.

I'm so sorry to hear about the frustrations you're having with your new Nest Protect, let's try and get this fixed so that you don't have to fix a hole in your home.
I appreciate all the troubleshooting that you've tried as I'm sure it wasn't easy. I was able to find more information within an article about the error code that you're receiving. I would suggest reviewing that to see if you can troubleshoot the issues that you're having.
