I have changed job and my phone number is lost. The number was added in the Nest account and now I cannot access. How do I reset the account via my email instead of using phone number? The phone number is no longer in use... Please help.
I’m sorry to hear you’re all having issues resetting your Nest accounts. Is there a chance that you can get a new phone that uses your old phone number? Your mobile service provider may be able to move your old phone number to a new phone, and the you can receive 2-step verification codes there.
