Don't buy this Thermostat

I had this Thermostat installed along with my new Furnace and AC unit. For almost a year I keep losing wifi connections (5-6 times) with the App saying Off Line  then having to re-enter my wifi information and password on the unit. Now the device will NOT even get a wifi connection I followed Every Reset possible. I reached out to Google and was told I had to buy another Thermostat which is almost $300.00 (told by the Google Rep.) Which would be refunded when the old one was returned. I haven't paid off  this one I have.!! Being on S.S.income I just DON'T have money to spend on a product AGAIN.... If, anyone from Google is reading this.? This is my Case Id #8-2727000034992 (2nd one I made) on Nov.9, 2023. I REALLY suggest no one to buy this Product after reading reviews of others with the same issue.

Just a Bad Product and a Company that DOESN'T  stand by their Product. Reaching out to BBB & Social Media to Speak Out about this. Just send me another one at NO CHARGE and I will send this non-working one back....
