Good afternoon, I have 5 nest protects installed since October 2020. One of them went offline a while ago. Today I tried fixing it. I could not get it connected. Eventually I removed all nest protects from my account and I installed all of them from scratch. All work fine but the one that went offline still does not want to connect. It gives a fault message P018 (0.65).
The Nest Protect it concerns:

Seems like this is a common problem. Unfortunately there is no easy solution that doesn't involve a lot of removing Protects in the app, uninstalling apps, and other frustrating steps. Or moving your Nest account to a Google account.
