My battery operated nest protect has failed (failed sensor). I posted last week asking how I get a replacement as it’s within the warranty period. A guy called Ai sent me a message asking me to email some details, but I’ve heard nothing back. That was a week ago. He’s locked the thread, so I can’t ask what’s happening, so I’ve had to start a new thread for the same problem.
