Google Nest Wifi - AC2200 - WARRANTY REPLACEMENT

My device keeps on randomly turning off and cutting off the WiFi connection.  It keeps on asking me to unplug and replug the device to work - this does work, but roughly every 1-2 weeks, it shuts off again and the WiFi device turns off. My other Nest wifi router has no issues, just this one.

Requesting for a warranty replacement for my device. Please let me know what are the next appropriate steps.
