Google home shows protect offline

I see my an icon for my nest protects in Google home however both show as offline whilst in the nest app they show connected and I can run a checkup. Please advise.

I have 4 nest protect devices. They all show Offline in the Google Home app.

  1. Are you using the same email address for both the Nest app and the Google Home app?
  2. Did you migrate your Nest Protects to the Google Home app?
  3. Do you see any error messages other than "offline"?
  4. Are you enrolled in the Public Preview for Google Home app?
  5. Are the Nest Protects still offline in the Google Home app?

Once you provide this information, I can offer some basic troubleshooting steps that may help resolve the issue. These steps may include:

  1. Force updating the Nest Protect: Press the Nest button once. It should say "Press to Test." Press and hold the button until the Protect says, "Checking the network."
  2. Restarting the Nest Protect.
  3. Restarting your router.

To answer your questions:

1. yes
2. yes
3. no
4. one Nest Protect is still offline in the google home app the others are online

I have trying to force the updating the nest protect everything ok have a green circle. In the google home app the nest protect is still offline.

Same. Two Protect devices migrated to home App from Nest.

Nest app - Both show online and can be tested. 
Manual connection test (push button) - Both show green ring
Home App - One shows online, one offline. 

Tried:
Restarted network
Restarted both Protects
Removed, reset, re-added offline Protect 
Sync devices via app and voice command. 

No luck 😞

hello i am on the public preview.I have 6 Nest protect all migrated in the Home app. But one is offline in the home app but online in the Nest app ( see picture) the only thing i found is that the 5 nest protect are the model Topaz-2.33 and the offline is the model Topaz-2.34.

I have the exact same problem. 4 nest protect, one offline only in the Google home App. In the nest app, it is online. The offline one is Topaz-2.34 as well.

For the moment everything is working fine. The are all online
