Heads Up Not working Gen 2 Protect

I've seen a few other post on here about the Heads Up not working on Gen 2 Nest Protects

Like the others, this was the reason why I got these, I bought the Gen 1 Battery in my old house and loved them, the times the alarm did go off, the heads up worked great.

Fast forward to nowadays, I got a new house and got the Gen 2 Wired in the whole house, and the heads up does not work at all.

The other night my house was woken up at 4am to all my alarms going off saying smoke when no smoke was in the house, and again at 6am.

I took the one that was reporting the smoke down and opened it up and cleaned the dust out (no dust to be seen) 

after this I have been wondering why the heads up didnt work, did a few test and like everyone else, the Heads Up does not work.

Tried resetting all of them, tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, I turned off heads up, waited a day and turned it back on and still it doesnt work.

Like the others, the heads up was a BIG selling point for me and it doesnt work.

What is going on with this issue? Please don't ask me to reset all of them and reinstall them, I tried everything.

I'm truly sorry Smoke detector is giving false alarms and the "Heads up" does not work. I understand how frustrating this can be. I'm happy to help you find a solution.
