No matter what your problem, if you can’t get an answer pretty quickly on the Community chat then scroll to the bottom of the page and submit a claim. You should get an immediate phone call (the wait time will be expressed after the service call comes in). This will give you a claim number and if you get disconnected Don’t Wait For them to call you back. Submit another claim them give the tech your claim id and move forward in the steps. I resolved my issue in 1 day with this method. Mine was a warranty replacement claim which led me to a whole tech support process to make sure the issue was in fact my Nest and not something that could be fixed by a different that straight forward approach.
