One of my Nest Protect smoke alarms has had its sensor fail. I've tried all the suggestions I could find on the web. It continues to fail and chirp once a minute. I've requested warranty support multiple times via the online web form. Most recent claim is 3-6636000034365
What do I have to do to get this taken care of?
