My Google Nest devices have been having some connectivity issues. The setup process has been smooth, but every now and then it loses connection, and some features fail to respond as expected. I’ve attempted restarting the router and resetting the device, but the issue continues.
Has anyone here had same problems? Did you help yourself with any troubleshooting steps? Additionally, being a student who is juggling studies and tech issues at the same time, I make use of AssignmentHelpMalaysia whenever possible in order to manage my work in an efficient manner. Any advice on either front would be helpful!

Hi @HadiyaSultan,
Thank you for posting in the community. I understand you've been experiencing connectivity inconveniences with your devices. That's not ideal. Since there are many factors that may affect the connection of your devices, such as your network, the location of your Nest devices, and the devices' hardware, I would appreciate it if you could provide me with the information requested below:
In addition, I would like to mention that unsupported Wi-Fi access points can include those utilizing IPv6 network addresses, those employing multicast requests on the network, and those operating on 5 GHz connections.
You can also check the information in the next article: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi and connection issues.
Let me know if you have more questions.
Regards,
Anders
