Same here! I received a support email, replied promptly with the requested information, than nothing. It’s been two weeks since I replied. I reached out to them again via email today, but I’m feeling rather ghosted.

Maddening isn't it? And this must be such a common request. Having a readymade answer or process is business 101. They only have a handful of products.
