Nest Protect CO Sensor Failure

I think that it is time to start a class action suit. Google-Nest needs to do something. I also have a CO sensor failure on one of my Nest Protect 2nd Gen smoke detectors. Purchased ############. This is ridiculous, I purchased 13 of the units to put in my new house, installed Feb 2019, now I have to look forward to replacing them due to faulty sensors? Specifically states in manufactures paperwork that they are 10 year expected life. A lot of messages on this topic, 2nd gen did not come out until the middle of 2015, not even half of the life stated.
