Not sure this is the right issue category.
I had my first ever Heads Up and Emergency alerts yesterday due to smoke detected by my Nest Protect. My wife received the alarm on her silenced phone while we were away, which impressed.
We also received a notification that our cameras would be turned on to record the event. Note that we subscribe to Nest Aware. However, our Nest Indoor cameras did not turn on. Is this a known issue? The Nest Indoor cameras only work in the Google Home app and perhaps have not yet been made compatible.
It was very frustrating to not have a recording of what could have been (but fortunately was not) a very serious event.
