Hello - I have 6 nest protects in a small house, all Model: Topaz-2.33, all with "Heads-up" switched to "On", however whenever there has been an issue recently, it immediately beeps loudly instead of giving a heads up. This is made worse by the fact that steam triggered the last one, not smoke, so it was a very loud wake up call to the house. One reason I bought this was specifically the heads up to avoid scaring the kids.
Is there any way to test or reset the heads up function?
