I spent 1.5hrs on chat trying to get a resolution for Nest Protect offline not able to get it to reconnect though 7 others Nest products connected including another Nest Protect.
Chat did not resolve or give me any solid info on warranty other than they determined device was still under warranty but would not give me replacement information or how to submit a claim.
Peter from the chat states he escalated it and I’d receive an email. I’m afraid I may never hear from anyone.

Could you provide the exact case id of your interaction with our support team so I can have it reviewed? You might need to put spaces in between each digit as the system automatically covers it just like on your post.
