this has been happening the last 3 months, can’t get into it to sort out our thermostat when we’re not home. It’s really annoying and frankley not helpful. I’ve deleted the app and re downloaded it and still won’t let me in. Keep coming up with this message every time.

Sorry for the delayed response but thanks for posting and for the screenshot. I want to dig deeper into this.
Were there changes or updates made on your phone where your Nest app is installed prior to getting this message? What is the make and model of your phone including the Android or iOS version of it? Also, have to tried logging into the Nest app using another mobile device or a computer's browser at https://bit.ly/3gW4i8w?
