Nest Protect Wired Wiring Harness and mount needed

Hi,

I purchased 6 NEST protects for my home. Almost everything is working perfectly! Yay!

Just two problems I could use help with:

1. One wire harness seems to be bad. I swapped it with a wire harness from one of the other Protects and it worked fine. How can I get a replacement harness?
2. One mount appears to be bent...
