My nest protector was purchased in 2019. The alarm is beeping non stop and it says “nest protector sensor fail” I have tried cleaning any possible dust out and this issue still continues. I replaced the batteries last month. It was working fine but now it’s just a constant beep. Is there warranty or am I just going to have to purchase another product? Not sure how to resolve this issue and I saw a thread about this issue happening to other people, but it was locked. Please help me, thank you.
