Had the doorbell now for about a month. This is a terrible design. Doorbell will not stay in its cradle and when it does it goes off by itself. How has anyone resolved this? How do I get my money back. It’s just hanging. Very frustrating.
If you're talking about the Google Nest Doorbell (Battery), other customers in this forum have reported issues with how the doorbell is mounted.
If you want to exchange it for a replacement, you can contact Google Nest Support starting with this link (below). I don't know whether they'll accept a straight return; they seem to have a very short return window.
