Nest hub will not reset. Pressed up and down volume, goes to reset and the reset screen continues to pop up

Yes. It would shut down and then the same page kept coming up time and time again.

Of course! Let's both find the solution for this but first, I need to know what troubleshooting steps you've done so far? Have you tried the steps above? Also, what page is it you' re referring to? Is it on the Home app or your Nest Hub?

My apologies. We had some “fun” this past 2 weeks (husband was diagnosed with cancer). Anyway, I’ve tried resetting it all ways shared. Unfortunately, it continues to return to the same screen telling me to reset every time.
