Nest not working after changing broadband provider

Hi, I changed from BT to EE and noticed while on holiday that my smoke alarms were no longer connected to bband.

Once home I tried to switch to the new network but despite repeated attempts couldn’t.

I therefore decided (reluctantly) to delete the 3 alarms and reinstall them.  However this has not worked.  When I try to add the first one I cannot get my phone to join the Nest WiFi as instructed.  I now have three nest alarms that I cannot see on the app.

what do I need to do?

Hi @JulesT

If you've deleted them from the app, have you tried a factory reset to start afresh?
Reset Nest Protect and erase all settings - Google Nest Help

Once reset, follow these steps to re-add them back to the app:
Set up Nest Protect with the app - Google Nest Help

If you encounter setup issues, follow these steps:
Can’t connect Nest Protect to the app or Wi-Fi - Google Nest Help

For future reference if you change router again in the future, you can change the Wi-Fi network by following these steps in the app, don't delete them from your app:
Change Nest Protect Wi-Fi network - Google Nest Help

Hi, thx for prompt response - much appreciated.  This was really helpful as it worked - I factory reset using your instructions and they’re now all reconnected.  We’re now up and running again 👍

fyi, the app / web instructions for reset are just press for 10 seconds, and that didn’t take me to the countdown like your instructions did.
