Nest protect not connecting.

I have done the resets,  verified nest thermostat is working in app. But nest protect will not let me read to new phone. It is removed from old phone.

deinstall from the Nest app and reinstall as a new Protect in Nest app.Be sure to get as close as you can to your wifi router.
