Hello my nest protect keep alarming and saying that the sensor failed even though I brought it today and when I open it up the sensor was missing and I don’t know what to do it’s alarming all night and my family can’t sleep if there anyway that you can send a new one?

If you bought it new and still has warranty please reach out Google Nest Support.
Not sure what is wrong with the device, but if is brand new it looks like a faulty unit.

@Abdulqader22 thanks for getting back to us. The time frame for your replacement unit depends on the type of replacement you chose. For advance exchange: once you place your order, an authorization hold is placed on your account and your replacement is shipped within 2–7 business days. With Standard Exchange, there is no need for an authorization hold, but it may take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days from start to finish which is also dependent on how quickly you use your return labels.
