No response to a warranty claim I put in for a Nest Protect

I put in a warranty claim for the Next Protect Gen 2 approximately 3 months ago and haven't heard anything. I submitted all the required documentation as well. My Protect sensor malfunctioned and after cleaning it like suggested, it worked another few months. It was cleaned again, but continues to malfunction. Being in the warranty period and having the required info, I thought I would hear back.
