One of the 6 Nest Protect I bought back in 2018 starts biping whenever it is connected to the network and shows P018 error. I've tried P018 troubleshooting and even cleaning but it does not work. Where could it be sent for repairing, knowing that it is a legal obligation for brands to make sure devices can be repaired in Europe?
