Quick gesture and sleep sense is not showing from Bangladesh.

I am from Bangladesh , today i bought 2nd generation. But no sleep sensing available with quick gesture, I was confused about the generation. But after checking the box i am sure it is 2 gen nest hub. 

 

Still I don't get any quick gesture features and sleep in the settings.

Note: Nest Hub devices are currently not supported in Bangladesh, so some or most of the features might not work.
