Quick gusture and sleep sensing option not found in setting

Hi my my Nest hub 2nd gen has no quick gusture and sleep sensing option settings plz help ... Iam from india 

I brought my nest hub 2nd gen from Google UK store through my friend...

I have the same problems. I was confused about the generation. But after checking the box i am sure it is 2 gen nest hub. 

Still I don't get any quick gesture features and sleep in the settings.

 

I am from Bangladesh.
