I have 6 Nest protects and one keeps announcing that smoke is clearing. I've tried to silence it remotely but it says I'm not close enough (I'm out of town) and it's alarming every 5-15 minutes. No alarms for smoke, just clearing, and I can see on the camera there is no smoke. How can I stop it from announcing smoke is clearing and does it need replaced? Thanks
