Sound check

Sound check happened while we were at home. I thought it's supposed to do that while we're out? How do I stop this?

Hi there,

I don't believe the Protects have a setting for the Sound Check to happen only when you are away. You can, however, set it to a general time, or turn it off completely. See Automatic Sound Check test - Google Nest Help for some details about those Sound Check feature settings.

Didn't get an answer, no. This should be a feature. We have a four month old baby in the house and random shrill chirping that can't be disabled is not very convenient.
