Trying to Connect Existing Protect to New Eifi

I have set up a new WiFi using Google WiFi Pro. I'm trying to connect my existing Nest Protects to this. I have reset the devices but when trying to scan the QRs the app tells me the device is still on my account and I should delete it first. However hard I look, I cannot find the devices on the app to delete them 😞

You need to use the physical reset button on the device to reset them:

I had tried a couple of times but have tried again with no result. I have tried to upload a screenshot but this thread will not upload the image.

What happens when you try the reset process?

The blue light comes on , there's a chime, the version number, the warning about resetting and then the countdown. The completion statement follows. When I scan the device the app tells me that it is still registered and need to delete it in Settings where, of course, it cannot be seen.

How strange! Appreciate you trying those steps. I've asked a specialist to review this topic and advise on next steps. Just so you know, it may take a short while for them to do that.
