Unable to connect multiple Nest Protects

I've got three nest protects but can't seem to connect them together. The one Nest Protect i have also constantly appears as offline. 

 

I have Virgin broadband & am on a 2.4 GHz network.

 

Any suggestions?

Thank you for replying in this thread! I understand how important it is to have all your Nest Protect connected together on your account, and I’ll be more than glad to help you. Please take a look at the following article: Set up Nest Protect with the app; you will also find a video about how to add more than one Nest Protect.

Talking about the other Nest Protect going online and offline, have you tried to do a factory reset and re-add the device? If not, you will find the instructions in the following article: Reset Nest Protect and erase all settings.

You can also take a look at the following article: Troubleshoot when Nest Protect disconnects or is offline.
