After some false alarms on my new first alert sc5, I decided to reconnect this unit to my nest account. It hadn’t been connected since having issues transferring cameras to Google home. I had to wipe all devices. Anyhow I replaced the batteries and reconnected and it indicates the power is out. Wiring on the connector shows hot. The unit expires Dec 2028. Any thoughts?
