Wifi name and password changed. Trying to get my Protects back online

I have just successfully done this. Firstly, preferably using phone app,  in your Nest account (Settings/devices) remove all Protect devices. Then on each device reset it to factory, by holding down button until it tells you 'Version n.n . With router name & password to hand go back to phone app and follow instructions for 'add device' . It took a while and is messy, but it works.
