Wrongly charged for a Nest Protect which was returned in October 2022

Google have taken an unauthorised payment of  £89 from my bank account on 21 February 2024 for a faulty Nest Protect which was returned in October 2022. 
I am seeking an immediate refund but am unable to get any help regarding this matter.

No one is dealing with this matter, I keep getting fobbed off and being told that this has been escalated. An unauthorised payment was taken from my account. This is fraud. Such a big organisation like Google have allowed a member of staff to steal money from my account. I want an immediate refund and an apology with a gesture of goodwill for the hours it has taken me so far to get no further with this issue. I cannot get through to anyone when I call and I don’t know why you can’t return the money. Your company have taken this for a return that was send back two years ago!!! Google is fraudulent. RETURN MY MONEY NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
