false alarm

One of my sensors was giving false alarm. 

I made 5 calls this morning, transferred from one operator to another, talked with operators who couldn't speak or understand English, etc.  Finally asked to talk with a supervisor, the phone got discounted and never a call back. 

Shame on Google having operators trained like this? 

Instead of solving the problems, it created more frustration and my problem still was not solved. 

Google just wants to sell the products vs. providing good support for the customers. 

Stay away from Nest Protect!!
