Hi,
I have 3 nest protects, because my router had changed I needed to factory reset all three and start again. 2 of the protects added fine however the third one crashed at the last step, adding to account.
When I restarted the app only 2 were showing on the account. I attempted to rectify this by factory resetting the missing one and going through set up again. however this puts me in catch 22. When I scan the qr code the app tells me to remove the device from the app as its already added, of course it isn't showing to remove it.
Anyone any ideas how I can progress from here?
