1 of 3 Nest Thermos connects to WiFi but not App

Two of three thermos connect great. Third won’t connect to app but it connects to WiFi. I’m using Eero mesh. From another post, I tried adjusting WiFi to 2.4 but still not working. App recognizes serial number but no go. Every other nest and google device works fine. Ideas?

Thanks for posting and sorry for the delayed response. I want to dig deeper into this. 

A few questions — what specific Nest thermostat is this? Has it worked before on this same Eero mesh network? Also, are you getting a message or a code when trying to get it connected? It would be a great help as well if you provide a rundown of all the steps you've tried so we can pick up from where you've left off.
