I need some help from an expert in heating and nest setup.
I have a 3rd generation nest thermostat and want to know if this is enough to regulate the 4 radiators upstairs in my house and the ground floor wet underfloor heating system with them having different temperature requirements or do I need to purchase an extra thermostat or a pack of sensors to get this ? The radiators and wet system are on their own loops.
Any help and advice is warmly welcome.

Any basic residential style thermostat that you purchase can only control one system or two systems if one’s heating separate from an air conditioning system. As such it can only operate and maintain a single temperature setpoint. There are commercial thermostats that can control multiple control points provided you have zone control and dampers to open and close valves in different areas for example.
