set up for two homes

I have two NEST thermostats in different houses. On my NEST app (for iPhone) they both appear on the Home page. Is that right ? I expected to have two Homes, each with its own thermostat.

Heat won’t kick in

Ever since there was a Wi-Fi outage the heat won’t kick on. I’ve both restarted and reset the nest e and it didn’t help. I’ve even tried unplugging the Wi-Fi.

Resolved! Home/ Away not detecting Home via phone

It used to be that my Nest thermostat-E would know I'm home because of my phone, but now it seems to go into away mode unless I walk in front of it. I checked the options in the Nest app, and on the thermostat itself, and I don't see any wifi options...

Nest error code e299

Error code e299 says contact nest support. Hopefully this is how to accomplish that. If not please advise how to get appropriate help. Getting this far proved far re complicated than it should be. How about s phone number?
