2 rads not working

Lori6

All of my radiators heat up when I turn on the nest, bar 2. Annoyingly they are both in the coldest part of the house. I’ve checked the Thermostatic radiator valve and I’ve bled the radiators. The boiler and radiators are all new so wondering if it’s a nest problem? Out of ideas for things to try. Thanks

You answered your own question in the first sentence.. ''if the Nest is the problem'', and that's a no it can't be.

Assuming you have one system in your house, then it cannot be a Nest problem. The thermostat is nothing more than a switch, and that's working otherwise the other rads would not be working.

Hi @Lori6,

Thanks for reaching out to the community. I am sorry that your 2 radiators are not working, but no need to worry; help is here. I need to know a few things about your thermostat in order to provide you with a better resolution.

  • What Nest thermostat model do you have? For your reference, you can check out this article on how to tell which Nest thermostat you have.
  • Does the thermostat display show any error codes or messages?
  • When did the issue first occur?
  • When was the thermostat installed?
  • What is the make and model of your HVAC equipment?
  • Do you see a blinking LED light?

I'll be waiting for your response; any additional details you can provide will be helpful.

Best regards,

Jeremy.
