I bought the Nest Learning Thermostat in Dec 2020. The link module died today.
I have 240V supply but the 12V feed to the thermostat shows 0v. LED is off on the link module.
I read that these link modules have a design problem and will be replaced free of charge regardless of warranty.
I am in Ireland and don't know who to contact to get a replacement.

Can you show the link where you viewed replaced free of charge regardless of warranty?

Would that be the site not owned by Google, and the page dated way back in 2022?
Have you asked Google direct?

Since my 1st post I have managed to find the contact details for Google directly and I am now receiving good support. It took a while to find the Google contact details... and I discovered some interesting information along the way about heat links...

That's great.
I usually advise people to type this into a search engine, to get help from Google

This site is a community forum, so always best to talk direct. Glad you are sorted.
