3rd Gen Nest Thermostat has no network connection

My 3rd Gen thermostat has no network connectivity. Wifi totally died on it suddenly. This unit acts as there is no WiFi whereas I have many 2.5GHz WiFi networks available. Following is what I have done, and the issue still is not resolved.

1. Reset the WiFi routers
2. Reset nest to factory defaults.
and nothing worked for me.

I read on google it is a known issue with Nest thermostat and there is replacement that is given. How can I request replacement ?

How is the 3rd gen wired? Is there a C wire installed?

When you look at the Network page, do you see any networks, or is it blank?
