Have a nest 3 rd Gen Thermostat, unit indicates Battery low advises to recharge battery
follow procedures on screen blinking red light for 6 hours plus
changed usb lead & charging plug in wall for new still blinking red
if you disconnect will flash green for 10 secs home symbol appears shortly followed by off white yellow then reverts back to blinking red
can I change batteries in this device and where are they located,
the device is permanently connected to the usb power supply
a solution please before the nest is thrown into orbit

Hi Jake, thank you we put the thermostat in to usb point and that changed it up it must of been in a faulty socket before so all solved thank you.
