Hi there! I sent you an email with a form to fill in, in order to create a case for you. Meanwhile, can you please provide me with these details?

What type of Nest thermostat do you have?
When was it installed?
Are you seeing any wiring report or code on the thermostat and/or the app?
Have you recently had service or maintenance on your electrical, plumbing, or heating system?
If yes, how long was the power off for? (Be specific.)
Have you tried any troubleshooting steps before contacting us?

39073847. 3rd Gen Nest thermostat bought and installed about 3 years ago. No codes just can’t connect to heat link message. There’s no lights on heat link also. No work at all been done anywhere in the house for many months. No power outage either. Troubleshoot was pretty simple as there weren’t any lights on heat link.

Thanks for letting me know! I found your form and I sent you an email with 2 requests. Please reply to my email with the requested details and afterwards, let me know here in order to proceed further. Meanwhile, could you please confirm these troubleshooting steps?

1. Check that the breaker switches are set to on.
2. Turn the fuse board switches (circuit breakers) off and on.
3. Turn on Manual Mode to verify boiler activation.

All the above has been performed. There is no manual override. Now please tell me why and how the lights aren’t working on the heat link? Thanks

Thanks for trying. I can't say what may have caused the Heat Link to stop behaving as expected. I sent you an email with more information about what we can do in this case. Make sure to go through it and let me know if you have any questions.
