3rd gen nest thermostat WiFi problem

One of my 3rd gen thermostat stopped connecting to WiFi and can’t find a network any more. I tried all troubleshooting steps recommended by nest and nothing is working.  Please help! 
the screen showing error W5 and I heard it’s a common hardware issue?

I understand that thermostat issues can be confusing but I definitely wanted to stop by and see how I could help.

Hi, 

Thanks for getting back to me. I’ve been in touch with google support and they told me the device is eligible for replacement for free however I’m located in UAE and according to them they don’t ship outside USA.  It’s really disappointing to be honest and I don’t believe a company like nest can’t support customers in UAE or any part of the world.
