Gen 3 heat link not on

Our heat link gen 2 is off. We have tried all the resetting and relinking but nothing is working. We had several power cuts today.

Hi @Anne .

 

Make sure to first check all breakers and switches at the location to make sure nothing has been tripped. Make sure to also check if the boiler has any separate switch or breaker that may have tripped. 

 

If it all looks good try and cut the power to the Heat Link for a few minutes, if you're comfortable in doing so, and after turn it back on. After you power cycled it try and press the button on it and see if it has any reaction.

Hi Alex, thanks so much for your response. We gave this a try but actually it was a problem with our electrics, caused by the power cuts. We had to get an electrician out in the end to do some rewiring! Thank you for your speedy assistance and follow up however.
